Weight Loss Tonic

Jumpstart your metabolism with this tonic of old fashioned herbs that are good for weight loss. You see these videos all over the internet of using the actual herbs for a smoothie which may be just as good, or even better, but it is a lot of fussing around. We found a shortcut to share with you that uses food grade essential oils.
I’m not going to tell you that it tastes great, but it isn’t all that bad, especially if you chase it with some water. You wouldn’t want to repeat this more than once a day, and it is not going to replace a healthy diet.

Here is the whole recipe, and below that, we will add info about each essential Oil.
Weight Loss Tonic Recipe
- 3 Tablespoons of Water (or so)
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice (organic or fresh squeezed is best :)
- 1 Drop Turmeric Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Ginger Essential oil
- 1 Drop Wild Orange Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Black Pepper Essential Oil
Shake well and drink once each day. Be careful to only use one drop of each essential oil and only use Therapeutic Grade essential oils that are safe for internal use.
