Vitamin B-12 as Methylcobalamin

Serving Size is 1 Tablet - place under the tongue to dissolve. 

Recommended dose: Take 1 tablet daily by placing under the tongue and allowing it to dissolve. Otherwise directed by your healthcare professional. For best results allow tablet to dissolve under the tongue and swallow. 

Other Ingredients: Sorbitol, Fructose, Mannitol, Croscamellose, Silicon Dioxide, Lecithin, Natural Cherry Flavor, Vegetable Magnesium Sterate.
