Many products are manufactured under cGMP standards (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). Some products are NOT. Please know and trust the health care professional that has recommended them to you. We will not knowingly put products on this website that are not of the highest standards. In fact many of the products exceed cGMP standards.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund or replacement item within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You may also call us at: 417-830-6365 and we will process your return needs.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note we do not ship internationally at this time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location and occasionally based on the availability of your items (we carry a few “preorder items). We ship USPS or UPS unless other carriers are arranged on an individual basis. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You will receive an email receipt as soon as you place your order. You will also receive a 2nd email when we print your shipping label that has your tracking information in it.
USA Shipping Rates: Orders of $1 to $100 pay $4.95 for shipping & handling. Orders over $100 FREE shipping. There are a few heavy items that have a $8.00 flat shipping rate per canister/bottle
Billing Terms & Conditions
We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover for online orders. Our store processes your credit card with the very secure gateways. You can choose PayPal, Square or Stripe.
