Feverfew
Feverfew is believed to have painkilling and anti-inflammatory properties. It's been suggested that it reduces the release of an inflammatory substance, serotonin, from your blood cells and slows down the production of a chemical transmitter in your body called histamine.
Rosemary
Is a good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin B-6. Rosemary was traditionally used to help alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, boost the immune is and circulatory system, and promote hair growth. Rosemary appears to be protective against brain damage and might improve recovery.
Skullcap
Skullcap was commonly used for nervous disorders, including hysteria and nervous tension. It is now used as a sedative and often in combination with other herbs such as valerian.
Valerian
Valerian is an herb that may help improve sleep, promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. It appears to be safe and non-habit forming.
