Today we want to drop you a quick note and share a video we put together some time back about calcium and the bones.

The best way to build your bones is by moving and exercising. The reason for this is that when you exercise and build muscles around your joints, you are not only protecting your joints from damage, you are also building blood flow to those areas, thus decreasing bone loss.
