Is your garden producing a bumper crop of tomatoes and green peppers? Do you need a side dish for your meal? Are friends coming over and you need a snack to share? How does fresh salsa sound? Here is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that will make everyone happy.
Use fresh tomatoes right from the garden or from the farmer’s market. On hot, summer days, when you don’t want to heat up your kitchen, this makes a great, light meal. The cilantro oil in this recipe is wonderful for your digestion, so if you are struggling with slow digestion, adding cilantro to your meal may be just what you need :) .

Here is how easy the recipe is:
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Parsley (fresh or dried)
Then add your food grade Essential Oils:
* Black pepper-infused Sea Salt
* 1 Drop Cilantro Essential Oil
* 4 Drops Lime Essential Oil
Stir it all together and serve with chips
